Leslie Herness joined the Mandskor in
February of 2017. He sings
bass. After 20 years with the Grieg Chorus in Canton, he and his wife
Wanda moved to Sioux Falls in October of 2016.
When our president, Larry Luinenburg and wife Roxine were guests
at the Canton chorus’s Christmas dinner, the couples became
acquainted.. Larry and
Leslie learned that they were now neighbors.
An invitation was issued to come sing with the Mandskor.
Leslie agreed to give us a try and we are glad he did.
The Hernesses fit nicely into our Mandskor family.
